We want to ensure the Ozarks’ that we are and will always be available to residential and commercial properties 24/7/365. Please, don’t wait to get something looked at, we don’t want a larger problem to arise and your costs to escalate. We have always worn booties and have extended our procedure to have service workers maintain a 6-foot social distance, not touch anything unnecessary and to wear gloves and sanitize before and after entering a service call. We are monitoring their health and ask for you to be transparent on the health of your home and business as well.

We continue to only charge for our time and expense on-site. No service fees. No mileage. If you have a problem we’re here to help.

We all know finances are another concern during the COVID-19 pandemic. If service fees add to hardships currently, please call our office. We’d be happy to set up a payment plan to help you through these unprecedented times. Thoughts and prayers are with us all through this pandemic and we know that we will come through this united.
